CONFIDENTIAL CORPORATE BRIEFINGS

Confidential corporate briefings are suited to companies that desire a specific briefing,
directed solely to their needs, to their questions, and to their company, outside the
presence of any other company.  Since only one client-corporation is present this
allows a more in-depth presentation and discussion of doing US private investments
more than other formats.  The number of people present is at the customer's discretion,
but the presentations are largely tailored towards briefing senior management
(including country and regional managers).

The content, format and length of the briefing will be discussed in detail in advance of
the presentation, in order to ensure that the maximum benefit is received by the client.
Briefings are designed to be highly practical, and can cover a wide range of issues,
including cultural aspects of doing business and legal issues of direct relevance to a
potential investor. For that reason, although the focus is not on purely legal issues, the
attendance of in-house counsel is not only welcomed but encouraged.

Briefings may take place anywhere in the world, but are best suited to a corporation's
headquarters or overseas office. However, if more convenient to the customer, they
may for example be held in a reserved conference room at a hotel or international
business center, at the client's request. Of course, FDG Global Services maintains the
same level of confidentiality regardless of the venue.

Content-wise, there is considerable overlap with the subjects covered in the more
open-forum style Seminars, described below. The difference is less in subject matter
than in sheer depth of coverage and discussion.  The nature and format of the
briefings lend themselves to a more wide-ranging, in-depth and also free-talking
exchange regarding the various factors and aspects of a company's interest in
attracting US investments, whether or not it has specific plans to visit the country.
Corporate Briefings are also, by their very nature, less subject to time-constraints than
seminars, especially to the extent a company may wish follow-up discussion.  For many
companies, though, a Seminar may be more suited to their needs.
