European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
The EBRD fosters the transition towards market-oriented economies and to promote private and

countries of operations to implement structural and sectoral economic reform, including de-monopolization,
decentralization and privatization, taking into account the particular needs of countries at different stages of
transition. Its activities include the promotion of private sector activity, the strengthening of financial institutions
and legal systems, and the development of the infrastructure needed to support the private sector.

North American Development Bank
The NADB is a bilaterally-funded, international organization, in which Mexico and the United States participate
